1. Scope

These Terms govern the electronic services provided through codeslash.net (the “Website”), in accordance with the Polish Act on Provision of Electronic Services.

Professional services — software development, consulting and maintenance — are governed by separate agreements.

2. Electronic services

The Website provides free of charge: browsing the Website, getting in touch and submitting an enquiry (brief) and booking a call.

A contract for an electronic service is concluded when the user begins using the relevant service and ends when the service is completed or the user stops using it.

Technical requirements: browsing the Website requires a device with internet access and a current web browser. Getting in touch, submitting an enquiry and booking a call additionally require JavaScript, cookies and a working email address.

Unlawful content. Users must not provide unlawful content, disrupt the operation or security of the Website, or abuse the services by automated means.

Risks. Use of the internet carries risks, including interception of data by unauthorised parties, malware and phishing.

3. Complaints

Complaints about electronic services go to [email protected]. Please include a description of the issue and the resolution you want. A response to a complaint is given within 14 calendar days.

Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.

4. Personal data and cookies

Data collected through the electronic services is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which also carries the information on cookies and similar technologies placed on the user’s device.

5. Changes

These Terms may be amended for valid reasons — changes in law, organizational or technological changes, or the introduction of new services. The current version is published on the Website with its update date.
